Zouzoua scores as Young Africans, Al Ahly share spoils

DAR ES SALAAM: Young Africans have secured a 1-1 draw against Al Ahly in a thrilling CAF Champions League (CAF CL) match.

The game at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam on Saturday evening has seen both teams sharing spoils.

The visitors snatched the lead in the 87th minute before a powerful strike from Pacome Zouzoua that secured their first point of the competition.

Up next, Yanga will travel to play Medeama in their third match slated in Ghana on Friday.

However, in an early match, Simba settled a goalless draw versus Jwaneng Galaxy at Francistown Stadium in Botswana.

It is a second successive draw by the Reds in the unfolding champions league group B match.

In their first match, Simba were held to a 1-1 draw by ASEC Mimosas at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

For Jwaneng Galaxy, the outcome has seen them bagging four points in two matches after claiming a 1-0 success over Wydad Casablanca in their opening fixture in Morocco.
