Zanzibar pledges trust in the TTCL network for  communication services in the Isles  

ZANZIBAR: THE Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has pledged to continue collaborating with the Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL) to strengthen communication services in Zanzibar through the various services provided by the corporation.

The pledge was made today, March 23, 2025, by the President of Zanzibar, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, during a meeting with the Chairman of the TTCL Board of Directors, David Nchimbi, who visited State House Zanzibar on an introductory visit. Nchimbi was accompanied by TTCL’s Chief Executive Officer, CPA Moremi Marwa, along with other members of the corporation’s delegation.

Speaking during the meeting, TTCL Board Chairman David Nchimbi expressed gratitude to President Dr. Mwinyi for the ongoing cooperation between TTCL and the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar, emphasizing that this partnership is crucial for improving and expanding communication services across the country.
