“I would like to refer back to our May Day 2025 theme, ‘The 2025 General Election should bring us leaders who care about workers’ rights and welfare, let us all participate.’ Now is the time to put this slogan into action and ensure that in the next five years, our issues continue to be well addressed. Let’s all take part,” emphasized TUCTA President Nyamhokya.
In a related note, the TUCTA President used the press briefing to express deep gratitude to Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, for her commitment and continued efforts to address various workers’ challenges and for giving due consideration to the issues presented to her by the union.
