Tabora offers fans free transport to cheer Stars’ CHAN opener

TABORA: THE Tabora Regional Commissioner, Paul Chacha, has promised to hire buses to transport football fans from Tabora to Dar es Salaam to cheer Taifa Stars opening match of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) against Burkina Faso.
Speaking to reporters in Tabora, RC Chacha emphasized that the region is one of the most passionate and football-loving regions in Tanzania.
“These matches are being hosted right here in our country, so we must show up in numbers to support our national team. I’ll make sure there are enough buses to take fans to the stadium and bring them back — all for free,” he declared.
