Outgoing CEO Imani Kajula urged supporters to purchase the new jerseys, highlighting their role in boosting the club’s revenue, and expressed satisfaction with the quality of the new kits.

Addressing concerns about the absence of player Kibu Denis, the club’s Media and Communication Manager, Ahmed Ally, disclosed that efforts to facilitate his return had been unsuccessful.

Despite Denis’s absence, Ally reassured fans that it would not hinder the team’s preparations.

He indicated that disciplinary action would be taken once the player returned and stressed the club’s supportive culture when players pursue opportunities elsewhere.

“The club will therefore be compelled to take disciplinary action on him once he is available….our culture is always friendly such that when a player has found green pastures somewhere, we let him go by following right procedures,” he said.

Looking ahead, Ally emphasized the significance of the upcoming match against Rwanda’s APR on Simba Day at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam on August 3rd.

“APR is a formidable side with quality players, and facing them will provide a valuable test for our team ahead of the next season,” Ally remarked.
