SIMBA Sports Club Head Coash, has called for non-verbal communication

CAIRO: The South African tactician emphasized that such line of action will enhance understanding during matches.
His comments followed a convincing 3-0 victory over El-Qanah club of Egypt in their second pre-season match.
That was earned during Simba’s intensive drills in Ismailia, Egypt, ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
“This marks our second week of pre-season, and I’m pleased with the team’s performance, but we must focus on enhancing non-verbal communication.
“While I’m happy with the win, there’s still much to address to ensure the squad is prepared to play a full 90 minutes, though our progress is promising,” said the South African citizen.

Davids highlighted the upcoming challenges in the following week, stressing the importance of fitness training alongside improving non-verbal communication, a critical skill in football.
He also urged his players to capitalize on scoring opportunities and minimize wastage, reflecting on their recent friendly match performance.
Looking ahead to Simba Day at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam on August 3rd, Davids acknowledged that the team might not yet be fully prepared to play the entire match duration by the fifth week of pre-season.
He expressed satisfaction with the impressive progress made by the players adapting to training sessions.
Meanwhile, Simba Week is set to commence at Mikumi National Park, tobe launched tomorrow, a gesture aligned with supporting the government’s tourism promotion efforts.
The club also announced sold-out status of the Platinum tickets for Simba Day. They did so through their verified Instagram account.
