Simba, JKT Queens start strongly in league

DAR ES SALAAM: THE first round of 2024/25 Women’s Premier League produced 12 goals with Simba Queens and JKT Queens winning big.
Simba Queens launched their title defence in style, after silencing the newly promoted side Mlandizi Queens 3-0 at the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) Technical Centre in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.
It was a promising start for the team’s new Ghanaian trainer, Yussif Bagisi, who steered his side to victory on the first assignment of the league campaign.
