President Samia ups goal bonus for Yanga to 20m/-

President Samia Suluhu Hassan has doubled the presidential motivation package to 20m/- for each goal to be scored by Young Africans in CAF Confederation Cup finals.

She has also revealed that government will provide a flight for supporters who will travel to cheer Yanga in their second leg final match versus USM Alger in Algeria.

The president has unleashed the good news in Dar es Salaam on Thursday afternoon.

However, in the two played semifinal matches against Marumo Gallants of South Africa, the country’s envoys have pocketed 40m/- from the presidential package.

This comes after netting four goals of which, each semifinal goal was valued at 10m/-.

In group stage and quarterfinals, each goal was being bought for 5m/- and in the last eight category, the Jangwani street giants scored two goals which made them 10m/- rich.

Aside Yanga, Simba also benefited a lot from the presidential motivation money during their participation in CAF Champions League.
