DAR ES SALAAM: Inter Trade Innovations and the government are engaged in reforming the water sector with plans to have a national water grid and prepaid water systems being the most notable.
Peter Kazaura, the Director of Inter Trade Innovations, said his firm is fully committed, In collaboration with the government, to bring about a significant transformation in the water sector, ensuring that citizens can benefit from these improvements.
In an interview with reporters in Dar es Salaam, Kazaura, an expert in prepaid water meters, elaborated that technological innovations aim to enhance the efficiency of water distribution systems, reduce wastage, and improve overall service delivery to the public.

‘’By working closely with the government; Inter Trade Innovations and the government aim to introduce modern solutions that not only address current challenges in the water sector but also create sustainable, long-term benefits for the community,’’ he said.
He emphasized they are focusing on implementing advanced technology and tools. These include sophisticated instruments like profile projectors and electric control panels, which are equipped with various devices for managing and distributing electricity.
He highlighted the company’s commitment to fostering growth in the water infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on integrating smart technologies to ensure more reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solutions.
