IGP Wambura joins Mbweni residents in the voting exercise

DAR ES SALAAM: THE Inspector General of Police (IGP), Camillus Wambura participated in the voting exercise today, October 29, 2025, at the Mbweni Polling Station in Dar es Salaam.

After casting his vote, IGP Wambura urged citizens to turn out in large numbers to exercise their constitutional right to vote, emphasizing the importance of every Tanzanian’s participation in the democratic process.

He also called on the public to remain calm and law-abiding, assuring that the security situation across the country is stable and there is no threat to peace and order during the ongoing voting exercise.
