He said the meeting will focus on effective use of digital systems including e-Uhamisho, e-Watumishi, e-Utendaji, e-Mrejesho and HR Assessment in line with national priorities and the implementation of Vision 2050.
The meeting will be held under the theme: “Responsive, Inclusive, Result-Oriented and Accountable Human Resource Administration and Management in the Public Service Towards Vision 2050.”
According to the Permanent Secretary, participants will also discuss key challenges and achievements in administration and human resource management and propose practical solutions aimed at improving public service delivery.
He noted that the meeting will provide an opportunity for leaders responsible for human resource management to receive specific directives on various issues related to administration and management of public servants.
“I therefore insist that all heads of administration and human resource management departments attend the meeting personally without sending representatives,” he stressed.
The Permanent Secretary further directed participants to report at Mabele Hall on May 31 from 10:00am to collect identification cards ahead of the official opening of the meeting.

He also urged all participants to complete registration through the government’s TSMS digital system before May 29 to facilitate smooth preparations.
