Diallo, Waitara picked to chair TFRA and TANAPA boards

President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Anthony Diallo to chair the Tanzania Fertilizer Regulatory Authority (TFRA)’s board of directors.

The veteran politician takes over from Prof Anthony Mshandete has completed his tenure.

A statement issued by the director of Presidential Communications Zuhura Yunus on Tuesday states

Head of State also appointed a retired Chief of Defense Force General George Waitara as the chairperson for Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) board for the consecutive term.

According to the statement, Mr Diallo’s appointment is effective from February 9, 2023 and Rtd General Waitara was effective from February 13.
