CEFA, We World initiates a drive that promotes peaceful, stable communities in Tanzania, Kenya, Mozambique

DAR ES SALAAM: STAKEHOLDERS from Tanzania, Mozambique, and Kenya have met in Dar es Salaam under the Peace Project implemented by CEFA in partnership with We World today. CEFA Board Chairman, Jojannes Kamonga, said the project has been ongoing for approximately three years, involving the three countries, to build cohesive and stable communities.
In retrospect, the Italian Ambassador to Tanzania, Giuseppe Sean Coppola, noted that through this collaboration, the countries have engaged in discussions on peace, emphasizing that CEFA’s efforts in Tanzania began many years ago.

Participants in the project, including Salha Daniel and Fahad Changi, said the program has strengthened their capacity to recognize the importance of peace as a foundation for national and community development.
The peacebuilding project, funded by the European Union, concluded after nearly three years, leaving a lasting contribution in promoting understanding of peace and fostering cohesion within the participating communities.
