CCM confident of winning civic polls in Kibaha Town

COAST REGION: RULING party, CCM, in Kibaha Town District, Coast Region, has expressed strong confidence in securing victory in tomorrow’s local government elections.

The party’s Regional Secretary for Ideology and Publicity, Mr David Mramba expressed confidence over the weekend during the launch of CCM’s campaign at Mwendapole ‘B’ Street in Kibaha Ward.

“For the past five years, from 2019 to 2024, our party has worked diligently to implement its manifesto, focusing on improving the lives of citizens and promoting development. We are confident that we will win the upcoming election, as the people are satisfied with our efforts,” Mr Mramba said.

“Our candidates possess the necessary qualifications and leadership skills to bring about positive change. We are confident they will secure victory,” he said.

Abuu Matumla, a candidate for the position of Street Chairman, highlighted several achievements under CCM’s leadership.

“Over the past five years, we have worked on road maintenance, renovated the street office and initiated plans for the construction of a new market.

Moreover, the construction of a new primary school is underway, with the government allocating 20 million shillings for the first phase,” he explained.

Campaigns for the local government elections across the country will conclude today, with the election scheduled for tomorrow.
