Zuchu inaugurates Masterclass project for emerging artists    

DAR ES SALAAM: BONGO Flava megastar Zuchu has officially announced a special training program for emerging artists called “Zuchu iMbeju Masterclass 2026.”

The initiative is expected to benefit 300 young artists from different parts of Tanzania.

The program will officially begin on June 16, 2026, with the aim of nurturing young talent and helping artists learn how to generate sustainable income from their creative work.

Speaking during a press conference at the headquarters of CRDB Bank in Dar es Salaam, Zuchu said the project was organized in partnership with crdbbankfoundation.co.tz through its iMbeju program, which focuses on empowering Tanzanian youth through skills development and entrepreneurship.

According to Zuchu, many talented young people struggle to succeed because they lack business knowledge and professional guidance in the entertainment industry.

The Managing Director of CRDB Foundation, Tully Esther Mwambapa, explained that participants will receive training in areas such as:

Personal branding and promotion Talent management Building sustainable careers in the arts Using creativity as a long-term source of income Applications for the masterclass will be submitted through the Fursa Hub platform by visiting the crdbbankfoundation.co.tz and following the registration instructions.

Mwambapa also announced that the first 10 applicants will have their training fees fully sponsored by the bank. Other participants will be required to contribute 500,000/- to join the program.

The training sessions will take place at the CRDB Bank headquarters in Dar es Salaam. The initiative is part of the wider iMbeju youth empowerment program, which supports entrepreneurship, innovation, and financial literacy among Tanzanian youth and women.
