DAR ES SALAAM: YANGA Princess intensified their race to the Women’s Premier League title with a 1-0 victory over their traditional rivals Simba Queens in a fiercely contested game at KMC Stadium in the city this afternoon.
Jeannine Mukandayisenga scored the winner for the Yanga Princess five minutes after the resumption.
With both teams seeking to claim maximum points, none of them managed to score until the end of the first half.
