Yanga eyes NMB, CRDB & NBC to erect its Jangwani stadium

YOUNG Africans Sports Club is eying a long-term partnership with three local banks, NMB, CRDB and NBC to help build its Jangwani based stadium, the club’s president said on Saturday in Dar es Salaam.

Engineer Hersi Said told the club’s Annual General Meeting that the club is finalizing paperwork’s for the proposed partnership with the lenders.

“Soon, we are going to create a proposal ready to be submitted at these banks for the sake of assisting us to construct our own modern stadium,” he said.

According to him, the venue is set to be built at the club’s headquarters located at Jangwani street, Kariakoo in Dar es Salaam.

“It is going to be a CAF standard facility,” he added.

It also said the banks will now act as agents for membership registration.

“With this partnership, our members can visit either of the three banks to register and pay for their membership fees,” he says.
