We assure voters peaceful elections, Police affirm
DAR ES SALAAM: THE Tanzanian Police Force has assured voters’ security on October 29, and urged them to turn out in large numbers to vote for the leaders they want.
A statement issued by the Police Force Spokesperson today, October 26, 2025, said the force is well prepared to ensure all Tanzanian citizens and visitors who will be in the country execute their duties in a safe environment since the security is very stable and no threat can prevent peaceful voting.
“October 29, 2025, is a very important day in our nation where Tanzanians will exercise their constitutional right to vote to elect the leaders they want to lead them in the Presidential, Parliamentary, and Councillor’s posts.
