VP Ndejembi hands over Energy Ministry’s office after farewell ceremony
DODOMA: THE Vice-President Deogratius Ndejembi has today, September 9, 2026, been given a farewell by the Ministry of Energy in a ceremony held at the Kambarage Hall in Dodoma.
The farewell ceremony was hosted by the Ministry of Energy management and institutions under the ministry.
Speaking at the ceremony, the VP urged the Ministry of Energy leaders and officials to maintain hard work, professionalism, integrity and patriotism in serving Tanzanians.
Additionally, he also urged the officials to continue praying for President Samia Suluhu Hassan and her aides as they discharge their responsibilities of serving Tanzanians while stressing the
importance of commitment and professionalism among government leaders and employees in meeting citizens’ expectations and delivering quality public services.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister for Energy Salome Makamba, Permanent Secretary responsible for Electricity and Renewable Energy, Engineer Felchesmi Mramba, ministry management and directors of institutions under the ministry.
Moreover, Ndejembi thanked the ministry’s leadership and institutions for their cooperation and urged them to maintain the same spirit in carrying out their responsibilities for the benefit of the nation.
