TRANSFER UPDATE: Simba snatch Geita Gold forward

DAR ES SALAAM: Simba SC have signed 18-year-old forward Valentino Mashaka as the Msimbazi-based giants aim to strengthen their squad.

The former Geita Gold FC player has signed a two-year contract with Simba SC.

A statement released via the Simba App says, “Mashaka is recognized for his exceptional scoring ability and talent in creating opportunities. His addition is seen as a strategic move to bolster the club’s offensive capabilities.”

Mashaka will join recently signed strikers Joshua Mutale, Steven Mukwala, and Ahoua Charles, further enhancing Simba’s attacking force.

While at Geita Gold, Mashaka scored six goals and provided one assist, earning player of the month awards twice.

He has also played for Ruvu Shooting FC, currently competing in the Tanzania Championship league.

This acquisition is part of Simba SC’s ongoing efforts to reinforce their squad and maintain their dominance in the domestic league while remaining competitive internationally.
