Tff, precision air inks a 108m/- deal

The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) have sealed a one-year contract with Precision Air worth
108m/- which will see the latter parading as official air carrier of the 2022-23 Azam Sports Federation Cup (ASFC) contest.
Briefing members of media on Wednesday afternoon in Dar es Salaam, the federation’s president Wallace Karia says the agreed value is going to help them save air tickets worth over 100m/- plus time.
“As federation, we are pleased to seal this deal because it is going to save us money which we used to purchase tickets and above that, time is also going to be spared since air transport is the fastest mode of travelling.
“We invite other stakeholders to come aboard and work with us in various disciplines of scaling up the game of football and I assure Precision Air that they will enjoy full cooperation from us,” says him.
On his part, Precision Air Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Patrick Mwanri reiterates that this gesture will help a lot to facilitate logistics during the upcoming ASFC contest.
“We want to be part of helping in the development of football in the country and as air transport company, we believe that we will also be getting enough customers through this platform,” Mwanri says.
He adds: “We are aware of many opportunities available in the football sector and as time unfolds, we will be exploring them further.”
