SOUTH KOREA: TANZANIA and South Korea tabled their commitment in advancing the mining sector, including rare metals, during the two-nation meeting in South Korea’s capital, Seoul.
The move aims to create more productive reforms within the industry.

This statement was made by the Deputy Minister of Minerals, Dr. Steven Kiruswa, on March 25 in Seoul, South Korea, during the meeting on minerals between the two countries.
Dr. Kiruswa emphasized that with the increasing global demand for rare minerals, Tanzania is determined to continue making reforms in the mining sector to meet these growing needs.
