Tanzania honours Rostam’s contribution to investment growth, social services and national economic development

DAR ES SALAAM: THE Tanzanian  businessman and Taifa Group Chairman, Mr Rostam Aziz has received the Tanzania National Chamber of Commerce (TNCC) highest honour award in recognition of his contribution to investment growth, job creation, social services and national economic development.

The award was presented by Prime Minister Dr Mwigulu Nchemba, who was the Guest of Honour at the 2026 TNCC Business and Investment Conference.

The conference brought together stakeholders from the public and private sectors to discuss opportunities for economic growth.

Speaking at the conference, the Premier  said the government will continue improving the business and investment environment through policy, legal and regulatory reforms, as well as better service delivery systems to enable the private sector to remain a key driver of economic growth and support the implementation of the National Development Vision 2050.
