MBEYA: Simba have regained the top spot of the Premier League table after defeating Tanzania Prisons 3-1.
The duo have resolved their differences at Sokoine Stadium in Mbeya on Thursday afternoon.
On target for Simba were Clatous Chama, John Bocco and Saido Ntibazonkiza who netted via a late spot-kick.
The hosts poached an early goal through Edwin Balua whose set-piece was too hot for Simba’s goalie Ally Salum.
Following the triumph, the Reds have 12 points from four games, the only team with a one hundred percent record this season.
Up next, Simba will play Singida Big Stars at Liti Stadium in Singida on Sunday.
