Samia Launches Major Oil Storage Project to Boost Dar Port’s Regional Clout

DAR ES SALAAM: President Samia Suluhu Hassan has today laid the foundation stone for the Oil Receiving and 15 Storage Tanks Construction Project at the Port of Dar es Salaam, Kigamboni, in Dar es Salaam.

The project is part of the government’s broader strategy to expand and modernise the port to strengthen its position as a key trade gateway for Tanzania and the Indian Ocean region.
