Ruvu Shooting record second win

Ruvu Shooting have recorded their second victory in the unfolding NBC Premier League after defeating a 10-man Polisi Tanzania 1-0 at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

Abalkassim Suleiman sourced the only goal in the 48th minute to give his side maximum points and have now collected six points from four matches.

The victory is a relief for Ruvu Shooting Head Coach Boniface Mkwasa who has already succumbed to two loses dropping six points in the process.

For Polisi Tanzania, the ride is bumpy as they are yet to stamp success from four matches they have played.

They have just managed to annex two points from the two recorded draws hence are still searching to find the winning formula in their upcoming fixtures.

Tomorrow, one league game will be played at Uhuru Stadium in the city when KMC host bottom placed Ihefu who are the only side without either a win or draw.

It will be the first challenge for the newly paraded Head Coach Juma Mgunda who has already pointed out that he wants to help the club reach intended targets.
