SIMIYU — Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has praised President Samia Suluhu Hassan as a visionary leader driving Tanzania’s development, urging citizens to support her leadership.
“President Samia is a leader who sees, listens, and skillfully addresses the challenges facing Tanzanians. She has demonstrated this throughout her tenure,” Majaliwa said.
He made the remarks on Sunday, Feb. 16, during a special general meeting of the ruling Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) in Maswa Mashariki, held at Nguzo Nane Grounds in Simiyu Region.

“With her ability and vision, President Samia has shown a strong commitment to serving Tanzanians. We have all witnessed her dedication to implementing development projects across various sectors and ensuring the completion of strategic initiatives,” he said.
Speaking on the water sector, Majaliwa emphasized the government’s commitment to large-scale projects sourcing water from lakes Victoria, Tanganyika, and Nyasa to provide clean and safe water.
