President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed a retired Justice Rose Teemba to chair the Ethics Council.
A statement issued on Friday by the Director of Presidential Communications, Ms Zuhura Yunus states that Ms Rose is replacing Justice Ibrahim Mipawa whose tenure has expired.
According to the statement, Rose’s appointment is effective from April 24, 2023.
The outgoing chairman assumed the post in 2019 after being appointed by the fifth phase President Dr John Magufuli.
