President Samia names two chairpersons, reappoints GBT boss
ARUSHA: President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed former Deputy Permanent Secretary Ms. Mwamimi Malemi as the chairperson of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF)’s Board of Trustees.
A statement issued by the State House’s Director of Presidential Communications, Ms. Zuhura Yunus on Friday announced that the Head of State has also appointed Professor Yunus Mgaya to chair the Board of Governors of the College of African Wildlife Management (CAWM), Mweka.
Prof. Mgaya is the retired Director-General of the National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR).
The statement further adds that the President has reappointed Mr. James Mbalwe as the head of the Gaming Board of Tanzania (GBT).
Mr. Mbalwe’s reappointment comes after completing his first tenure in office.
