PRESIDENT Samia Suluhu Hassan is in Arusha for a two-day official visit where she is scheduled to preside over the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
Speaking in Tengeru, the President said she will deliver a state address tomorrow and thanked residents for warmly welcoming her into the city.
