TANZANIA: President Samia Suluhu Hassan has directed Dar es Salaam regional authorities to collaborate with Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH) to ensure that survivors of the collapsed building in Kariakoo receive the necessary medical attention for a swift recovery.
The Head of State issued the directive on Saturday through her social media handles, urging Tanzanians to remain calm as the government addresses the matter.

“We pray to Almighty God for the swift recovery of the injured,” President Samia wrote.
President Samia has departed for Rio de Janeiro to attend the G20 Heads of State Meeting scheduled for November 18–19.
