President Samia Suluhu Hassan has arrived at Kunduchi, Dar es Salaam, and this morning, ready to officiate the 10th anniversary of the National Defence College (NDC).
National Defence College (NDC) was established in 2011 and is the highest strategic learning and a principal training institution of the Ministry of Defence and National Service.
