DODOMA: PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa has officially opened the 15th Conference of the Local Government Reform Association (TOA) today, April 14, 2025, at the City Hall in the government city, Mtumba, in Dodoma today, April 14, 2025.
The conference aims to make members of the association share experiences and building the capacity of TOA members to enable them to drive positive changes in daily operations and strengthen reforms within Local Government Authorities.

TOA, as an institution dedicated to development issues within local governments, plays a key role in advising the Government on various matters related to the welfare of local authorities, including good governance, service delivery, and social development.
The conference has brought together Regional Administrative Secretaries and Directors of Local Government Authorities from different parts of the country.
It is expected to provide a new direction for improving performance at the grassroots level of governance.
