DAR ES SALAAM: A BODABODA taxi and a rapid transit bus crashed at Lumumba and Morogoro Roads Junction in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday morning.
Passengers heading to the city centre and elsewhere were left stranded for a couple of minutes as drivers of the rapid transit bus tried to negotiate their way out of the blocked Bus Rapid Transit road.
A Daily News Daily reporter witnessed multitudes, including bodaboda taxi riders, surrounding the area where an accident occurred as road traffic officers guiding drivers to an alternative road.
Details about casualties were yet to be divulged but the Daily News Digital is closely monitoring the incident for more updates.
