NSSF invites investors to lease prime hotel space in Mwanza
MWANZA — The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has announced a public invitation for qualified investors to express interest in leasing a modern hotel facility located in the heart of Mwanza at Mafao House.
Strategically situated along Posta Road in the bustling Central Business District (CBD), the newly completed hotel comprises five floors and a rooftop, offering 67 guest rooms, a spacious restaurant and bar, two conference halls, a gym, and ample parking.
NSSF is seeking professional firms or investors with a proven track record in the hospitality industry to lease, manage, and operate the hotel under long-term lease arrangements. Interested parties must submit their Expressions of Interest (EOIs) no later than 2nd August 2025 at 3:00 PM (EAT).
