A real estate development company-CPS will tomorrow open a pavilion commercial centre in Zanzibar Fumba Town containing concentration of business to provide variety of services to residents and communities in the area.
The Chief Executive Officer of CPS, Sebastian Dietzold, said, the pavilion will be the first commercial centre for the fast-growing community in Fumba Town that will provide diverse services such as retail, offices, food and beverage, medical and sports facilities.
He said the newly opened commercial centre is built to support its residents and community living around Fumba by providing high-quality services.
He said CPS develops vibrant urban communities that add value for its investors in and outside Africa.
The town has a beautiful 1.5km seafront and is located only 15 minutes south of the Abeid Amani Karume International Airport.
Mr Dietzold added that the company has already completed hundreds of modern residential and commercial units and welcomes investors from around the globe to this stunning island full of opportunities.
