NBC introduces digital payment solution for Dodoma corporates

National Bank of Commerce (NBC) has officially launched a digital payment solution, ‘NBC Connect’ to enable corporates in Dodoma to make safe and reliable payments.

NBC’s Dodoma Branch Manager Mr Japhet Fungo said the introduction of the new service was a continuation of the bank’s efforts to provide simplified, reliable, safe and tailored banking services to its corporate customers.

“Through this digital payment system, NBC corporate customers in Dodoma can now enjoy a new innovative digital banking experience,” he said.

The Dodoma launch follows two successful launches held in Mbeya and Lake Zone respectively.

Mr Fungo noted that the service will enable customers to use their phones or computers to easily perform various transactions, including local and foreign payments and government payments without wasting too much time.

“NBC Connect has been designed with modern technology and high-level security features while prioritising customer data privacy,” he added.

Dodoma Regional Administrative Secretary Mr Ally Gugu expressed his appreciation to NBC for the great role that the bank is playing in the financial sector, especially by coming up with innovative services that save time and increase efficiency.
