National Planning Commission in offing

Deputy Minister in the President’s Office-Public Service Management and Good Governance Ridhiwani Kikwete has said that the Government is expected to table the National Planning Commission bill soon.

Should the lawmakers approve the said bill and then signed by the President, Ridhiwan said in Dodoma on Thursday, the Commission will be effective from next financial year.

The Deputy Minister said this when he was responding to a question from Mlalo MP, Rashid Shangazi who wanted to know when the government will revive the National Planning Commission.
