NBC Premier League side Ihefu have hired the services of Juma Mwambusi as new Head Coach of the club replacing Zuberi Katwila.
Through the club’s official instagram page, they have posted a photo of Mwambusi holding the team’s white jersey captioned ‘Welcome Juma Mwambusi.’
“We have reached an agreement with Mwambusi to be our Head Coach. He has joined our former technical bench in a quest to help our team do well in the Premier League and other competitions,” reads part of the statement.

As such, the Mbarali based club have become the third club this season in the league to part ways with Head Coach after Azam and Simba respectively.
They have endured a tough start of the campaign as they remain win-less and point-less after three games no wonder they sit at the bottom of the table.
On Tuesday, KMC host Ihefu at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam, the first assignment for Mwambusi at the helm of the club and coincidentally, he has been re-united with his former striker Obrey Chirwa.
However, in their previous match, Ihefu suffered a heavy 3-1 defeat from Mtibwa Sugar at Manungu Complex in Morogoro which was the last match for Katwila at the club.
