MOI treats 1908 people at Sabasaba Fair

DAR ES SALAAM: MUHIMBILI Orthopedic and Brain Institute (MOI) has attended 1,908 people who sought its services at its pavilion during the two-week-long International Trade Fair at the Sabasaba grounds in Dar es Salaam.

The people also received education and various specialist services.The trade fair was officially closed yesterday, July 13, 2025.

The report says out of those people, 455 have received treatment, while 1,503 others have received health education.

Speaking about the exercise, MOI Orthopedic Specialist, Dr. Tumaini Minja, said people with bone, brain, spine, hip, and knee complications benefited from the services provided by medical experts from MOI at affordable prices, in addition to free education.

“A total of 1,908 citizens have been attended to at our pavilion, of which 455 have been treated and 1,503 have been provided with health education during this exhibition.
