Manyara Hospital gets medicines, devices worth 350m/- from MSD
MANYARA: The Medical Stores Department (MSD) has donated medicines and medical devices worth 349.2m/- to Manyara Regional Referral Hospital.
The move aimed at capacitating the facility to improve services offered to wananchi.
Speaking at a handover ceremony held on Friday, the hospital’s pharmacist Shukuru Robert thanked the sixth phase government under President Samia Suluhu Hassan, for improving services at the hospital.
He extended his thanks to Ummy Mwalimu, the Minister of Health, for leading positive changes in Tanzania’s health sector.
Shukuru said that the hospital has received electric beds, mattresses, bed sheets, wheelchairs as well as medicines.
