Lambert Vissot hints at secret behind Ruby company’ success

MOROGORO: MINING expert, Mr Lambert Vissot, has praised the Ruby International Limited operating the country, for significant accomplishments, highlighting its recent success in the domestic and international gemstone markets.

Famously known as “The Gem Hunter,” Mr Vissot attributed much of the company’s international success to its strategic branch in Bangkok, Thailand.

He also emphasized that teamwork, collaboration, and a clear vision have been key drivers of the company’s progress over the years.

“The success is remarkable. The company has experienced tremendous growth, thanks to the dedication and hard work of its employees. This commitment is a major factor in our continued excellence,” he said.

Ruby International Limited, owned by Ulanga Member of Parliament, Mr Salim Hasham, has created employment opportunities for over 525 Tanzanians. Of these, 125 hold permanent positions, while 400 are engaged as part-time workers.

Mr Vissot, a French national and expert in the discovery of red and pink spinel gemstones, noted that his reputation stems from sourcing high-quality gemstones from unique locations, enabling the creation of diverse products for global markets.

He added that his expertise continues to solidify Ruby International’s position as a leader in the global gemstone trading industry.

Founded in 2014, Ruby International Limited has its headquarters in Ulanga, Morogoro Region, and operates internationally through its branch in Bangkok, Thailand. The company celebrates 11 years of success in the gemstone industry.
