KMC rue missing six players nursing injuries
KINONDONI Municipal Council (KMC) rue missing six players in their next game against Tanzania Prison as they are still nursing injuries.
Confirming this, the team’s spokesperson Christina Mwagala revealed this yesterday saying all six are in good shape due to injuries.
“It is has affected much the team’s performance as all of will not be able to play in the upcoming game.
“Currently we are facing a big challenge of players with injuries, and the team’s medical report shows that almost every player makes a big contribution when he is given responsibilities, but we will do our best to perform well in the upcoming games, “she said .
The official named the players in the injury list as Hance Masoud, Ibrahim Ame, and Baraka Majogoro who failed to continue playing in their game against Singida Big Stars.
She said they were taken to the hospital in the ambulance while the match was going on.
Adding, she named Kelvin Kijili, Awesu Ally Awesu, and Emmanuel Mvuyekure as players nursing long-term injuries a situation that barred them from travelling with the team to Singida.
“According to the team’s doctor, Hance Masoud is the player who will spend a lot of time outside the pitch because he is nursing knee injury. it will take him some time to heal,” she said.
