“Our party is long-standing and has been in power for a long time, so we must value it. Where offices already exist, we will renovate them, and where there are none, we have already started planning for construction,” Kihenzile said.

Reading a statement before the MP, CCM Secretary for Makungu Ward, Yona Kyando, outlined challenges facing the ward, noting that some branch offices are dilapidated and need to be demolished and rebuilt. He added that the Ward Executive Committee’s Political Committee has agreed to seek support from stakeholders and party enthusiasts to initiate the construction process for branch offices.

Kyando also asked MP Kihenzile to support the initiative so that every ward will have its own party office.
