IHEFU FC sealed their second draw at Sokoine Stadium following a 1-1 draw with Mbeya City yesterday.

The host team, Mbeya City registered an opener in the fourth minute through Sixtus Sabilo before Jaffary Kibaya levelling for Ihefu in the twelfth minute.

The hosts Mbeya City fought hard but failed to seal a victory over their guests, Ihefu SC ending up with a 1-1 draw.

It is the third draw for Mbeya City; they grabbed a 2-2 draw with Mtibwa Sugar and a 1-1 draw with Tanzania Prisons.

They only sealed two consecutive draws after picking four straight defeats.

Before yesterday’s draw, Ihefu grabbed a 1-1 draw with Tanzania Prisons.

Ihefu began this season poorly with a 1-0 defeat to Ruvu Shooting.

Then followed Namungo, who beat Ihefu 1-0 at the end of August.

In early September, Mtibwa Sugar defeated Ihefu 3-1 before suffering a 2-1 loss to Kinondoni Municipal Council.
