Health Ministry lifts the lid on ‘Talk to the Minister’ platform
DAR ES SALAAM: THE Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr Seif Shekalaghe, has stated that the digital platform “Talk to the Minister,” initiated by the Minister of Health, Mohamed Mchengerwa, is designed to listen to and address citizens’ concerns.
Dr Shekalaghe made the remarks today during Minister Mchengerwa’s visit to Mwananyamala Regional Referral Hospital, where he also participated in the “Talk to the Minister” event held in Dar es Salaam.

The Permanent Secretary explained that the platform allows citizens to submit their challenges and feedback directly to the Minister, facilitating faster solutions and enhancing the delivery of health services to the public.
Dr Shekalaghe further added that the Ministry will compile all questions submitted in the past month to evaluate how many have received responses and the measures taken to address them.
