Guard children from learning inappropriate things, parents urged

TABORA: Vice President Philip Mpango has called on parents to actively monitor their children’s education to protect them from inappropriate content.

Speaking to residents in Tabora, he emphasized the need for society to take responsibility for safeguarding the future generation.

Highlighting the importance of moral guidance, Mpango urged religious and traditional leaders to work together with education officials to address growing concerns about children’s behavior.

“Parents, don’t neglect your children. While we think they’re at school, they may be elsewhere learning harmful things. There are irresponsible individuals who seek to mislead our children. Let’s stay vigilant,” the Vice President warned.
