Premier League side Dodoma Jiji have parted company with coach Masoud Djuma with immediate effect.
According to a statement released by the club’s management on Monday afternoon, it has also revealed that the team’s entire technical bench is disbanded.
“The club wishes to thank the Head Coach and his technical bench for their immense contributions to the club and all the best in their new responsibilities,” reads part of the statement.
It further indicates that for now, the squad is under the tutelage of youth trainer Omary Mohamed Omary.
The Dodoma based giants have had a poor start of the season as they currently occupy 14th place with only five points in the bag.
From six played matches, they have just recorded one victory, two draws and three defeats making the marathon cumbersome to them.
Their previous premier league match was a 3-0 loss from Simba at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam making it the last match for Masoud at the helm of the club.
