TANZANIA, Dar es Salaam Bongo Flavor star Diamond Platnumz says a collaboration song he has done with Abdul Kiba, a young brother to Ali Kiba,  will be released soon.

Briefing reporters in Dar es Salaam on Monday afternoon, he says time has come for Tanzanian artistes to work together.

He also mentions that the 2023 Wasafi Festival is set to be officially launched in Mtwara on September 2nd.

“I think before or during the Wasafi Festival, Abdul’s song of which I have been featured will be released.

“Time has come for us to leave aside our differences and work together… I believe that he is also going to be with us during the Wasafi Festival,” Diamond says.

He adds that if his brother (Ali Kiba) is interested, he can also be on the list of the artistes to perform in this year’s Wasafi Festival to be staged in 10 regions.

Also, Diamond lauds Ali for his massive performance during the climax of Simba Day at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium yesterday saying it was superb.
