Christian Bella electrifies Sauti za Busara’s second day

ZANZIBAR: THOUSANDS of festivalgoers packed the Old Fort Main Stage in Zanzibar on Saturday night, eagerly awaiting a performance that would define day two of Sauti za Busara.

As the clock struck midnight, the crowd erupted in anticipation, phones raised high to capture the moment as Christian Bella, the star of the night, prepared to take the stage.

From the first note, Bella had the audience in his grip. His smooth yet powerful voice soared through the warm Zanzibar air, effortlessly weaving between Kiswahili, Lingala, French and English.

Their diverse musical backgrounds created a dynamic and joyful experience. The Swahili Encounters set the perfect tone for the night ahead, building a foundation of excitement that seamlessly flowed into Bella’s performance.
